I wonder if he was Muslim . . .
and if that was the reason for his actions.

The Salt Lake City killer was an 18 year old refugee from Bosnia, a predominately Muslim land. His name was Sulejman Talovic.

Time will tell. To this point, there is no indication that his religion played any role in the killings. Certainly, there is no indication that he was shouting religious slogans, or that he was dressed in any type of religious garb.

Still, one wonders. It will be interesting to see whether he left behind any clue as to his motivation.
