Quote of the day
Attorney Jim Maxwell's client, Raymond Hugh McNealy, behaved in a "disgusting" and "demeaning" manner.
How?
McNealy mooned a neighbor and the neighbor's eight year old daughter following a series of nasty arguments in their neighborhood's homeowner's association. McNealy was tried last September for indecent exposure (a felony), and convicted in the district court. The circuit court reversed the conviction, holding that exposure of one's buttocks, while distasteful, is not illegal under Maryland law.
