The scariest part of this story is . . .
that the four criminals, err, accused are juveniles -- which means that their names will not be released, and their records will be expunged in less than ten years.
Why have we as a society abandoned accountability?
Speaking of which, where are these boys' parents? There needs to be a little accountability there, too . . .

Too many parents just don't care these days. The kids suffer, and in return society suffers, because we get stuck having to deal with the problem kids that the parents don't care about...
