Evan Coyne-Maloney Strikes Again
Evan Coyne Maloney is the genius behind some short films exposing the lunacy of the left. His website, brain-terminal.com, contains his films and political commentary. Prior films, such as "When Protesters Attack", "Protesting the Protesters", and "Peace, Love and Anti-Semitism", are masterpieces at lampooning the ridiculous nature of the modern Left in America.
Now, Evan is back with a feature-length documentary revealing the biases present on the modern university campus. His new film, "Brainwashing 101", is worth the download (or purchase).
Be sure to check it out.

Tell me something Steve ... you know me, we've known each other (virtually at least) for years now. While we don't often agree on politics we do agree on other things.
I am, as you know, a self proclaimed Liberal. You and I have debated online before and I like to think my views have been, if different from yours, at least reasoned and reasonable. Are my political leanings "lunacy"? Do you find me to be "ridiculous"?
Now the views in Mr. Maloney's films may well skewer the more "out there" fringes of the liberal viewpoint, but is that truly indicative of the "Modern Left" you refer to?
Would you not agree that, for example, Bob Jones University or Brigham Young University might exhibit characteristics of a "biased" modern university campus?
I certainly understand the point of your post, I'm not sufficiently blinded by the pink shades I habitually wear to be oblivious, but let's do use a bit of moderation in our blanket assertions. Just as you are not representative of ALL conservatives, all liberals are not represented by those in Mr. Maloney's films. Just as you decry the actions of some on the modern right, so I (and most other liberals) decry those of some of the modern left.
While SOME can be characterized as lunatics and ridiculous, we can't ALL be and it's a distortion of the sort we both deplore to suggest otherwise.

Good comment, Joe. In fact, I think it is deserving of more than a short reply. I'll comment in the form of a full post later this week (would do it today, but I am preparing for a major hearing scheduled for this Thursday).
Fair enough buddy, I'll await your no doubt inspired comments ... or your, more typical, insipid ones :)
And since turnabout IS fair play, I offer this for YOU to hassle me ... http://democratinutah.blogspot.com/
Not as frequent or insightful as yours but since it arose from a wish to comment here I think you can count yourself as responsible for it.
Take Care,
Joe
